On the eyes, Clay's water-proof, long wearing Eye & Lip Primer will hold eye shadow on all day and keeps eye shadow from creasing. Use on the lips to mute the natural color on lips. Dries to a matte finish that is smudge proof. When applied to eyes and lips let dry for about 30 seconds then apply color.
