Our goal has always been to provide our clients with the highest photographic quality possible. Therefore, we shoot high resolution digital for all of our clients. This means superior quality prints and a much larger proof. For your convenience we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards and Money Orders. A $200.00 Deposit is required to schedule an appointment for a photo shoot or hair & make up training class. The deposit is non-refundable.

Completion Schedule
You will receive your proof sheets via email from Hightail.com within 24-48 hours after the photo shoot or on a CD about 1 week after your photo shoot.
Photo orders will take about 3 weeks to turn around after your order has been placed for 1-3 poses. It will be take about 4-5 weeks for photo orders that are 4 or more. However, during our busy seasons or holidays the turn around time may be longer. All orders are shipped via FedEx and the shipping and handling charges will be $15.00 for 3rd day, $20.00 for 2nd day and $25.00 for Overnight delivery and $30.00 for Priority Overnight Shipping. All orders will be shipped 2nd unless other wise requested when placing your order.
Wardrobe
Please bring several outfits to the photo shoot that have interesting necklines. Items with texture and unusual shapes work great. Examples are turtlenecks, sweaters, suits, dress, both formal and casual. For color photos keep in mind that bright colors work best.Please come to the photo shoot with a clean face (no makeup). You should also bring an assortment of earrings both formal and casual.The more outfits and earrings you bring to photo session; the more options we will have.
Do's & Don’ts
Hair cuts should have at least one week to settle and if you dye or highlight your hair please have your roots touched up about a week before the photo shoot.
If you need to have anything waxed on your face such as eyebrows or above the lip area please do so about a week before the photo shoot, because the makeup will not stay on those areas for long and will look weird if you wax those areas right before the photo shoot.
Wear a shirt that buttons down in the front so that you can try on the outfits and wear something comfortable from the waste down because you will be sitting for several hours.
You may want to bring something to snack on. Make sure the snacks are small- not something you have to bite into.
Don’t sit out in the sun and get sunburn.
Don’t clean your face with abrasive cleaners on the day of the photo shoot. Don’t forget to get plenty of rest!
Hands
Please have your fingernails freshly painted and manicured. (No old chipped off nail polish.) Nail Polish Colors: Nude, Clear, Neutral Colors and French Tips work best. No bright colors on the fingernails unless it is required for the look.

Leave a message when you hear the voice mail. We will try to return you call in 48 business hours. Please do not wait until the last minute to schedule your photo shoot. You should book your photo session at least 5 to 6 weeks in advance to avoid any rush charges.
